Processing Times (The time it takes for us to prepare and pack your order before shipping):

International Orders ✈️ International orders are final sale, with no returns or exchanges—no exceptions. Processing times may be slightly longer for international shipments, even for express options. Duties and customs fees are now calculated at checkout, ensuring transparency. However, MOGSki is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on international shipments in case of technical issues.
Pre-Order Notice ☝️ We are currently accepting pre-orders for our handcrafted boots. Please note that from the moment you place your order to the completion of customization and delivery, it may take 1-3 months. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship when all items become available. If you need certain items sooner, consider placing a separate order.
Shipping Protection 🚨 To protect your MOGSki package from damage, loss, or theft, we highly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout. We are unable to assist with shipping issues for orders without Shipping Protection.
