RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for choosing MOGSki. To ensure a smooth return or exchange experience, please read the following guidelines:
Non-returnable Situations
- Products with non-quality-related damage caused by improper handling, personal damage, or stains.
- Worn, altered, or incomplete items, including packaging, tags, or accessories.
- Requests made after 7 days from receiving the product for quality issues.
Return & Exchange Instructions
- Products must be clean, unworn, and in a resalable condition to qualify for a return.
- Please use original packaging when returning products. If unavailable, use sturdy alternative packaging to ensure the product's integrity during transit.
- For a quick return process, we recommend using a reliable courier service. We do not accept returns sent via regular mail without tracking.
- Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.
Warranty
- Glue Line Issues: Within 7 days of purchase, if any quality issues such as peeling or cracking occur, contact us for assistance.
- Color and Size Changes: Within 1 month, unworn items can be exchanged for different colors or sizes.
- Natural Wear and Tear: For normal use, our natural leather products are guaranteed for up to 3 months. Manufacturing defects are covered for 3 months.
