Order Modifications & Cancellations

Writing with a request to modify or cancel your existing order? These requests are handled manually by our small team in the order they are received.

• Modifications: For custom-made orders, any modifications after confirmation may incur additional charges depending on the progress of production. Please contact your dedicated customer service representative to discuss options and potential costs.

• Cancellations: If you'd like to cancel your order or remove items except for a personalized pair, a $5.00 fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping Protection is non-refundable. Please note, your order may ship before we process your cancellation request, and at that point, we will be unable to make changes.

If you'd like to swap items before shipment, we can accommodate your request only if the desired items are available when we handle your support ticket.
